Absorb Create Support is available during business hours (9am-6pm EST) from Monday - Friday. You can reach us by email or by submitting a ticket from our Help Desk.

Please note: Our support team is only able to assist users with admin access. Front end users will need to contact their System admin for assistance.



When contacting our Support team, please provide the following information (if applicable):

  • Company name and/or portal URL (e.g., *
  • Examples of users affected (e.g., usernames)
  • Example of curricula and/or courses affected
  • Screenshots of errors or odd behaviour
  • Applicable attachments (e.g., .csv file, course file, etc.)
  • Steps to replicate the issue
